From a Jehovah’s Witness

 Hey Greg,

I watched the CNN documentary God’s Christian Warriors, and I wanted to say that I think what you said about Christ not taking any part in the political world of his day was one of the most incitful things said throughout the entire documentary. The leader of the Christian movement, Jesus Christ, was offered all the kingdoms of the world by Satan, and in effect, to be ruler over them and he refused. Later He told Pilate that His kingdom was no part of this world. So how can Christians think that they should be part of this world, to take part in the very politics that Jesus turned away from?

I follow the beliefs of Jehovah’s Witnesses, and though I am not about to leave the organization that has helped me to realize what it means to be a Christian, I wanted to let you know that I totally agree with your comments made in the CNN documentary. You are to be commended for respectfully speaking out about what you have proven to yourself to be true (or at least more true than the alternative).
Take care, A
