Presentation of Book Outline
I’ve been in a pretty intense manic-obsessive state the last few weeks, which is why I haven’t been blogging much. Mostly I’m obsessed with reading and writing for my book on Old Testament violence. I was going to title this Jesus Versus Jehovah, but I’m currently leaning toward The Crucifixion of the Warrior God: A Non-Violent, Christ-centered Interpretation of the Old Testament’s Portrait of God. (None of this matters much because the publisher will probably recommend a different title anyway).
In any event, tonight I’ll give an outline of this book and a skeletal defense of my main thesis. It’ll be held at Woodland Hills Church at 7:00, or you can watch it live and even participate in the Q and A via the Woodland Hills Website. Hope you can join us!
