Before We Were “NDY”
Here’s a pic of me and my band several decades ago. Back in the 60’s and 70’s, long before we became famous as Not Dead Yet, we clunked out very amateurish hippie tunes as an obscure garage band we called “The Beatles.” I have no idea how we came up with such a lame name (not nearly as cool as Not Dead Yet), but back in those days we were doing stuff to our brain that caused us to sometimes not think very clearly.
Anyway, don’t forget the benefit gig this Friday (Oct 8th) at The Dugout in Mahtomedi at 8:00. We’ll take you on a magical mystery tour on a yellow submarine to strawberry fields and penny lane and a walrus named coo-coo-ca-choo.
And thanks Trevor Ford for finding this long lost picture.
Peace
