I live in Denver, Colorado. I read the story on your church and I would like to say that I do not know Jesus – I was never baptized as a child and have not made a firm decision up until this point. I have always been Christian – ish but was severely put off by the “God is on our side” speeches that I heard from our President and others. I had done a bit of independent studying of the Bible and Jesus and that statement did not support the things that the Bible says of Jesus. This near obsession with George Bush and the military in my mind was similar to idolatry. From what i have studied, Jesus was a teacher of love, compassion and tolerance. Not hate, coldness and intolerance. I want a church that speaks from what the bible says, not what the governor, senator, or president said. I will not hold your time for much longer as I know you have many works of God to do.
 
I am glad to know that I can access your sermons of God’s Word through your website. I would also like you to know that as of this day I have decided to dedicate my life to Jesus as my Lord and Savior and I will pray for the blessings of your church and ALL of the congregation, including those who have decided to leave.
 
That is what my Lord Jesus would want me to do.
